Every component of the AAER simulator is engineered to deliver consistent, repeatable conditions — so every driver is assessed on an equal, objective playing field. The system is designed to be transported effortlessly: it requires only an ethernet connection and a standard AC power outlet, and can be assembled or disassembled in minutes — making it ideal for deployment across staffing agencies, logistics hubs, and training centres worldwide.

Our solution enables the driver to electronically adjust the angle and depth of the real-truck steering wheel. Furthermore, our custom built electronics enables the use of all real-truck steering wheel buttons and levers, including the retarder.

Force Feedback

Get a sense for the speed and road structure through our custom made force feedback enabled pedals. The gas pedal is a real drive-by-wire one from a semi-truck — so it can't get much more real.

Our simulator can recreate any market in the world — from congested city centres to EU highways with exact road measurements, lane widths, and legally accurate speed limits. Scenarios including weather, traffic congestion, and live events are configurable via tablet or phone, allowing an instructor or fully automated pipeline to thoroughly test and train each candidate under the exact conditions relevant to their role.
